Finance and Administration: 

Liaises with the Chairman’s office as the operational hub of the Commission. It handles General administration, human resource, welfare issues, finance and accounts.

Legal Investigation and Enforcement: 

Prepare Legal representation on behalf of the Commission, monitors cases relating to the mandate of the Commission, Investigates cases of contravention and enforcing the Act requirements.

Policy and Standards: 

Formulate, Coordinates development and reviews of the Commission’s policy and standards.

Planning,Research and Statistics:

Coordinates the planning activities of the Commission (strategic and action plans).  Data collection and analysis coordination, Information Communication Technology (ICT) and research activities.

Monitoring and Evaluation: 

Ensures that MDAs comply with the Fiscal rules and restraints stipulated by the Act as it relates to Medium Term Expenditure Framework,  preparation of Annual Budget, public revenue, savings and assets management (Excess Crude Account)  and proceeds from sale and transfer of public assets.
